Verdict: HOROW sells affordable full smart toilets with clear US policies: a heated-seat, warm-water bidet toilet starts at $429, and most of the range sits between $499 and $999. Buying direct gets you a two-year warranty (one year elsewhere) and a 90-day return window, with free return shipping on the main smart toilet models. The things to check are fit (10- vs 12-inch rough-in), how each model flushes in a power outage, and whether you’re comfortable with a self-install – HOROW recommends a licensed plumber.

  • 10-inch rough-in: the T37 ($1,269) is HOROW’s smart toilet for the shorter rough-in; the non-electric T30-NE ($539) is the budget option. See 10 vs 12-inch rough-in.
  • Full feature set: the T38 ($999) adds a dryer and mood lighting; the X70 ($1,599) is the flagship.
